• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, ideally with AI, automation, or digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, and knowledge base management.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to convert business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Experience integrating products with enterprise systems (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).
• Collaboration with UX/UI teams on personas, journeys, and conversational flows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, security, and scalability considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
• Strong presentation skills for leadership and governance forums.
• Fluent English.
