Design, development, and optimization of data pipelines using SQL and Databricks
Implementation of data ingestion and transformation workflows using Spark in distributed environments
Ensure data governance, lineage, and integrity across all stages of the data architecture
Collaborate with teams across Data Engineering, Risk, Technology, and Business areas to deliver integrated data solutions
Contribute to the automation of manual processes and the modernization of legacy reporting tools through scalable code

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with data engineering or data management in financial services or big data environments
Proven expertise in SQL development (complex queries, optimization, CTEs, window functions)
Practical experience with Databricks, Spark, or equivalent distributed data platforms

Calificaciones:

Degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.) with a clear focus on data and analytics
Additional training or certifications in data platforms or cloud-based data tools is a plus

Habilidades Requeridas:

High level of English
Advanced SQL development skills (required)
Experience working with Databricks, Spark, and cloud-based data ecosystems
Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and data quality practices
Proficient in Excel, VBA, and Microsoft Office Suite
