What you bring to the table

HBO/WO working and thinking level

At least 5 years of work experience as a scrum master

At least 8 years of work experience in a DevOps environment

Demonstrable experience with the implementation of SAFe within large-scale Agile organizations

Demonstrable experience working within SAFe scaled Agile organizations

Relevant certificates in the field of Scrum Agile, PSM II certified

PSM III certification is an advantage

Experience within the energy sector, preferably with at least one of the network operators
