This is an exciting role that will allow you to have a direct effect on our success in winning new clients and effectively and efficiently onboarding them. If you have a desire to learn and wish to accelerate your career, we can give you exposure to every facet of enterprise SaaS software and as much responsibility as you are ready to handle!
OK, that's me, but who are DrDoctor?

But ultimately, we the NHS and want to help it work better. We radically transform the delivery of health services to make healthcare work for everyone - for patients, doctors, administrative teams and taxpayers.
DrDoctor was built on a simple belief: technology can transform the NHS. Our B Corporation certification holds us accountable not just for what we build, but for how we build it - and the impact that has on people, patients and the health system around us.
What would I be doing day to day?
One of the great things about a scale-up is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your 'BAU'!
You will be working within our Integrations pod (we call our teams pods), and of course your day to day will be varied but could consist of a mixture of:
- Building a technical relationship with potential and existing clients
- Working closely with our client facing teams to explore integration options and provide technical guidance to new and existing clients
- Understanding partner/EPR integrations and advising on preferred options
- Providing demonstrations of our Integration approaches and capabilities to prospective and new clients
- Assisting in completing client tender documents and technical documentation
- Translating and breaking down complex client requests into simple Integrations requirements
- Playing an advisory role within the Integrations pod to ensure new integrations work meets client needs
- Working with client teams during onboarding and testing of interfaces to make sure the process is quick and smooth
- Providing technical support and helping educate the client facing teams, helping them develop common responses to common questions
We'd love to find someone who loves to collaborate and enjoys being in person. We operate a remote by default working approach but we do have a London office which we'd love to see you in as often as you can, although this isn't mandatory and it's definitely not a deal breaker! We have people based all over the UK, and in India and we're very well set up for remote working!
