Job description

  • As a part of Retail Media Onsite Campaigns - Cross Product Team, you'll deliver solutions that empower advertisers to create and configure campaigns tailored for multi-retailer and fast-track streams.
  • As part of the broader Onsite Campaign group, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that elevate Retail Media to its next stage of maturity.
  • You'll develop web applications-introducing new workflows, enhancing usability, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of full-stack features.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape new features, design solutions, and plan smooth rollouts.
  • Align product and customer priorities with operational and technical requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Drive technical decisions and help define the architecture of both new and existing features.

Requirements

Do you have experience in React?, * BS in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience

  • 2+ years of programming experience with strong proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, or Scala, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate and build connections across distributed teams and functions
  • Product-minded: dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Committed to quality through sound design principles, automated testing, and thorough documentation
  • Passionate about shipping performant, reliable software
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A clear communicator and dependable team player
