Software/Performance Engineer/Consultant

• Lead and manage a team of 3-5 performance test engineers.
• Support & technical guidance towards setting up of performance testing center of excellence across suite of oncology and VBC products.
• Build a scalable performance testing framework that can be reused across product lines.
• Standardize tools, techniques, reporting across teams. Making sure that best practices are documented and followed across the board.
• Develop performance scripts for identified performance critical scenarios
• Manage cloud based JMeter distributed environments
• Understand the non-functional requirements from business/project teams and identify critical business scenarios and design workload model.
• Analyze the service level agreement objectives and create a performance test strategy
• Execute performance test runs and monitor the infrastructure and servers for performance and benchmark all test results
• Analyze the test results, Identify performance bottlenecks and assist Server tuning and capacity planning
• Present the report to the development/business team
• Work with Development leads, Scrum masters on resourcing, schedule and execute the performance tests to meet the deadlines.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
