Job description

· Deliver community management and help desk support, resolving access issues, answering feature-related inquiries, and triaging incidents during core support hours

· Serve as a subject matter expert on collaboration platform functionality, configuration options, and practical use cases

· Conduct user training and briefings through live sessions, webinars, and written guides

· Foster active and constructive user engagement by responding to questions, moderating discussions, and promoting best practices

· Design, support, and enhance community structures and groups; identify community owners and recommend structural and governance improvements

· Gather, document, and communicate user requirements; submit enhancement and defect requests and provide detailed feedback on tickets

· Test platform enhancements and upgrades and assist with rollout and adoption activities

· Maintain and continuously update training resources, feature documentation, and release communications

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in systems engineering, IT, or a closely related technical field
  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience
  • Master's degree may substitute for 6 years of experience
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience briefing and training diverse audiences
  • Ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and technologies
  • Experience troubleshooting issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving service or platform problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for simple page design and user assistance
  • Experience supporting Intelligence community

· Total compensation based on experience level - $120,000-$155,000+
