This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of 3D technology. You will directly shape the next generation of development workflows, building the foundational tools that empower millions of creators worldwide to build amazing new games and 3D applications.

- Foster a high-performance, supportive culture by mentoring and coaching your team, actively guiding their professional development and career growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing full-stack engineering teams, with the ability to rapidly build trust, mentor engineers, and foster a high-performance, supportive engineering culture.
- Hands-on experience optimizing agile workflows and managing reliable, high-quality release cycles while simultaneously balancing live product stability with long-term research initiatives and familiarity with full-stack development, and architectural decision-making, with the ability to guide reviews and drive sound technical decisions.
- Ability to act as a bridge between Engineering, Product Management, Design, and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- Experience with the Unity Editor and its ecosystem, with an understanding of how projects are structured, built, and iterated upon.
- Experience scaling platform architecture to support ambitious, long-term goals, with a passion for shaping the future of web-based collaboration tools and empowering developer communities at scale.
