Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Analyst / Business Analyst in Payments or FinTech.

  • Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystem:

  • UPI

  • Payment Gateways

  • Cards & Switches

  • Wallets

  • Merchant Payments

  • Reconciliation & Settlement

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Familiarity with APIs, payment flows, and system integrations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Understanding of RBI/payment compliance standards is a plus., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications are preferred.

  • Experience working with banks, payment aggregators, NBFCs, or FinTech startups is an added advantage.
