Job description
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Frontend-Focused Software Engineer (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We operate remote-first within Germany, but if you live close to one of our locations (Munich, Cologne, Hamburg or Berlin), you are free to choose whether you work hybrid or fully on-site.
As a Frontend-Focused Fullstack Software Developer in our team, you will contribute to the development of new features based on clearly defined tasks and requirements. You will work on real product challenges and help shape solutions that deliver tangible value to our customers.Over time, you will build a deep understanding of our system architecture and business domain, enabling you to make sound technical decisions in your daily work.
You actively follow architectural guidelines and take responsibility for writing high-quality unit and integration tests to ensure the stability, reliability, and long-term maintainability of our software. Code quality is important to us, and you will play a key role in upholding best practices across different areas such as your Customer-Panel, web services, CI/CD pipelines and message-driven systems.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, QA and other developers, to translate new ideas and requirements into practical, well-designed technical solutions. Part of your role will also include supporting performance improvements, identifying technical weaknesses, and contributing to testing efforts to help us continuously improve our systems and processes.

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Engineering,Software Engineering or a related field
- Strong experience building modern frontend applications
- Knowledge of both frontend and backend architecture
- Understanding of and ability to design REST APIs
- Fluent English skills and the willingness to use them within the team to enable effective collaboration
Should-have:
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (e.g. OAuth2)
- Proficiency with SQL databases
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker
- Ability to understand and work with event-driven systems
- Experience in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines
