• Manage and control the entire project life-cycle for the respective technology platform
• Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks
• Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies
• Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to assure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
• Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement
• Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting

Do you have experience in Project management?, * A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject

• At least 6 years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
• Very good experience in project management e.g. leading medium sized projects
• A good sense for intercultural differences
• Preferably a Project Management Certification like IPMA or PMP
• Excellent English communication skills - with German being a plus
