Responsibilities The PJT Partners Technology team is responsible for creating and continuously improving a robust and secure technology foundation that supports the firm's business activities. We are looking to add an Associate / AVP who will play a critical role in supporting the firm's Anaplan initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience both designing and building Anaplan solutions across various use cases. This position is designed for candidates with a blend of hands-on technical expertise and functional knowledge, capable of driving impactful solutions within a collaborative environment. responsible for ongoing optimizations, enhancements and maintenance of Anaplan models, dashboards, UX pages, management reports and integrations; Work with stakeholders across the firm to gather requirements and build items in Anaplan to support their goals; Build & update reports in Workday; Closely partner on cross-functional projects within Technology and across the broader Corporate functions; Mentor other resources at the firm, ensuring best practices are followed when building in Anaplan; Automate and optimize tasks using various tools (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc); Continuously expand capabilities and skills (learn parallel or tangential tools - Azure Data Factory, ServiceNow, etc.) Qualifications PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; 3-5 years of relevant work experience, experience working with data is beneficial; Implementation, Management, or Consulting experience related to Anaplan; Anaplan certifications, including Model Builder, Solution Architect, and Master Anaplanner are beneficial but not required; Strong Excel skills; Experience with Workday is preferred; Familiarity with financial concepts is beneficial; Experience with public company or robust private company corporate functions and their processes; Experience in solving complex technology, process, and/or data related problems; Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders; Familiarity with Anaplan integrations including Cloudworks, Python, Azure Data Factory and/or other ETL tools is a plus; Experience managing a small team of model builders is a plus.
