Job description
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an individual to join our UK-based team as a Senior Manager, playing a pivotal role in expanding our Third-Party Management (TPM) Implementation capability. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale TPM technology implementations and transformations for our clients across all sectors.
The role would involve working directly with senior stakeholders to lead the implementation of cloud-based SaaS TPRM and/or CLM solutions to our clients, ensuring successful project outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction. In addition, the role will provide a great opportunity to develop leading methodologies for delivery of these implementation projects as well as an opportunity to drive eminence activities and sales growth with key TPRM and CLM technology vendors.
Each client engagement is different in nature and requires team members to think flexibly and independently, with a high focus on problem solving for our clients to help manage their most complex supply chain risk challenges.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, * Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex cloud-based SaaS implementations in the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions for large-scale TPRM/CLM technology implementations, including developing and overseeing integration strategies for complex, multi-system environments
- Proven expertise in architecting and implementing leading TPRM or CLM technologies (e.g., Aravo, ProcessUnity, Icertis, Coupa Risk Assess, Docusign CLM, Coupa CLMA, Sirion, ServiceNow)
- A strong understanding of the UK and EU regulatory landscape in the context of TPRM and CLM and key business drivers behind implementing a TPM technology
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- A commitment to developing the team and practice through thought leadership and mentoring junior team members
- Experience of building high performing delivery teams consisting of internal and external parties, to deliver successful TPRM or CLM technology transformations
- Understanding of the TPRM and/or CLM technology landscape, and proven experience of working with key TPRM and/or CLM vendors
- A highly organised individual with the ability to strategically plan and manage complex technology programmes
- Strong communication, presentation and English writing skills, including strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Critical analytical and problem-solving skills are a must and the ability to make decisions logically and confidently
- Strong ability to build professional relationships and rapport across our Third-Party Management team, our alliance partners and our clients
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both internally and externally with clients and third parties, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at senior management levels
