Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes (K8s), Helm Charts, and AWS EKS to support enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and container orchestration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, deploying, automating, and managing scalable Kubernetes environments in AWS cloud platforms., * Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters using AWS EKS.

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments.
  • Build and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes best practices.
  • Monitor cluster health, application performance, and infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk.
  • Manage networking, ingress controllers, service mesh, and security policies within Kubernetes environments.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline release management and deployment processes.
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Support production incidents, root cause analysis, and performance tuning activities.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) administration and orchestration.
  • Expertise in AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
  • Extensive experience with Helm Charts development and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and container technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
  • Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Shell).
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
  • Good understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments., * AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Kubernetes-related certifications).
  • Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
  • Knowledge of Istio, service mesh, or microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
