Job description
We're looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Designer with strong e-commerce experience, ideally someone who has worked on conversion-optimized websites for both D2C and B2B customers.
This is not just a visual design role - we need someone who understands how users shop online, how website structure impacts conversion, and how to translate behavioral insights into high-impact design improvements.
What you'll do:
- Redesign and improve e-commerce website UX to increase conversion rates
- Improve navigation, category structure, and filtering systems
- Enhance product detail pages (PDPs) with new UX features and improvements
- Design seamless shopping experiences for both D2C and B2B customers
- Translate user behavior, analytics, and insights into practical design decisions
- Identify optimization opportunities and define A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and optimized in production
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and internal stakeholders across teams
- Contribute to long-term product experience improvements, including future app design
Requirements
- Strong experience in e-commerce UX/UI design
- Proven ability to design with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Deep understanding of user behavior, customer journeys, and shopping psychology
- Strong UI skills including layout, hierarchy, usability, and visual clarity
- Experience analyzing user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and heatmaps
- Ability to turn data and insights into actionable design improvements
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Strong experience working closely with developers to bring designs to life
- Ability to balance brand identity, usability, conversion, and technical feasibility
- Strong understanding of what to test and optimize, not just designing based on preference
