Job description
- Process Automation -Identify repetitive, manual workflows (reports, data pulls, etc.). Design and build automation scripts or services to replace them -Power Automate.
- Systems Integration - can connect disconnected tools and data sources. Build pipelines that move data automatically between systems. Ensures data consistency and reliability.
- Data Engineering - builds Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines. Cleans and structures convoluted data and can help to enable real-time visibility. Perform as the point of contact for data integration/product IPT (Integrated Product Teams).
- Tools/Dashboard Development - creates internal tools for LSC team (web apps, scripts, dashboards), improves usability and reduce time-to-decision
- Monitoring and Alerting - set up automated alerts for system failures, SLA breaches, operational anomalies.
- Continuous Improvement - analyzes bottlenecks in LSC workflows, optimizes performance of automation tools, can gather feedback from LSC users and iterate quickly.
- Individual must be able to understand operational workflows (tickets, maintenance cycles, supply chain). Can translate "what LSC needs" into technical solutions., * Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
- Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

Requirements
- A University Degree (Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Software Engineering) with 5+ years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Travel: 10%., * Ability to engage cross-functional teams, as needed, and knows when/where to get help; as well as working across functions, organizations and management.
- Ability to execute work independently through complex technical decision-making.
- Good communication skills to work in a team environment.
- Strong organization skills with ability to effectively schedule and track issues to closure through written documentation.
- Programming: Python.
- APIs and Integration.
- Databases: SQL.
- Scripting & automation tools.
- Cloud platforms.
- Version control (GitHub).
- Unwavering customer focus with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a time sensitive and multi-disciplined dynamic environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of gas turbine systems and airframe physical/ functional integration.
- Extensive knowledge of Military Engine products, experience with F135 engines.
- Knowledge of engine systems operation, software development processes, and configuration management.
- Project management experience.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
