Job description

A growing IT services organization is seeking a motivated Client Services / Business Development Executive to support and expand its IT Workforce Solutions practice. This role focuses on maintaining existing client relationships, expanding current accounts, and driving proactive business development efforts., * Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within current client accounts
  • Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate internally to support timely candidate delivery
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings; follow up consistently on action items
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within internal systems
  • Support revenue growth through disciplined, consistent sales and relationship-building activities

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for recent business graduates or MBAs who are eager to build a long-term career in sales, client management, and business development within the IT staffing and services industry. Prior experience is not required-training and mentorship will be provided., * Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Prior sales or staffing experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Must be located in Central New Jersey and available for onsite work
