- Define and own digital commerce KPIs and establish clear accountability frameworks across markets.
- Partner with LAC marketing teams to enhance digital media effectiveness, CRM strategy, and loyalty program performance.
- Optimize loyalty platform engagement, digital campaign execution, and customer lifecycle management.
- Leverage first-party customer data to deepen engagement, increase retention, and grow lifetime value.
- Champion privacy-first data practices and ensure compliance with LAC data regulations across all CRM initiatives.
- Own regional digital product roadmaps in alignment with global platforms and architecture standards.
- Advocate for LAC market needs - localization, scalability, connectivity constraints, payment diversity - within global product development processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and platform partners.
