Job description
The Technical Architect role is part of our Professional Services team within the Customer Success division. We are looking for a Technical Architect to serve as a trusted technical consultant, partnering with strategic enterprise clients to lead digital transformation (DX) and drive long-term Salesforce success. In this role, you will lead architecture design, guide implementation projects, and collaborate with global teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions - including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Design overall system architecture and development strategies for enterprise clients, covering integration, security, and large-scale data processing.
- Lead technical delivery on Salesforce implementation projects, from proof of concept (PoC) through production, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Build and govern Center of Excellence (CoE) and DevOps organizations to support continuous improvement and long-term Salesforce adoption.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with global architects to apply best practices and solve complex customer challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise system development, CRM implementation, or IT consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role as an architect, technical lead, or project lead.
- Strong knowledge of web application development (e.g., Java-based environments) and data modeling.
- Hands-on technical skills, including configuring cloud services, writing code or scripts, and validating operations.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead complex projects and own outcomes end to end.
Even Better If...
- Specialized knowledge in system integration, single sign-on (SSO), large data volume (LDV), and DevOps and Agile processes.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Familiarity with Salesforce solutions or experience in large-scale CRM projects.
- Business-level English communication skills and Salesforce certifications are a plus.
