performance trends and historical data analysis. * Identify and document best practices for future campaign planning and execution. * Collate and share campaign learnings in a structured and accessible format for internal teams. 3. Operational Reporting * Track, monitor, and report on key operational KPIs on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly). * Maintain and update core dashboards and data workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting. * Develop tailored reports with specific data points for senior leadership and key stakeholder groups. * Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive improved business decision-making. * Manage and refine data workflows to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. Required Skills & Experience - Experience: 3-5+ years in campaign analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related field - Campaign Tagging: Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar tag management systems - Analytics Platforms: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms - Data Visualization: Experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio - Reporting & Insights: Strong ability to synthesize data into clear reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations - Data Management: Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow automation - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to non-technical audiences - Stakeholder Management: Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: Indegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
