Job description

As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will help to build a new platform for an Sports-Booking company. The SDET (.Net Software Development Engineer In Test) will be involved from initial phases of the development and will work closely with the entire Development Team during each sprint with the target of improving the quality of the whole testing process. Their main responsibility will be to have as complete as possible automated test coverage., * Architect test automation frameworks from scratch

  • Develop automated functional UI tests & API/Service level tests
  • Integrate automated scripts into CI/CD process
  • Develop, maintain and expand automated testing infrastructure
  • Devise and document test frameworks, coding standards, preferred design patterns, and development methodologies
  • Ensure code quality with peer reviews to ensure guidelines and standards are followed.
  • Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product as a part of test automation process
  • Make conclusions and reports about the quality of the product under test
  • Collaborate with other members of the QA team to automate manual test processes
  • Manage, analyse and mitigate testing risks
  • Onboard new team members on the project

Requirements

Do you have experience in UI?, * C# experience

  • QA experience
  • .NET Core
  • Unit/Integration Test experience
  • Git
  • At least one of the following:
  • Experience testing microservices interfaces
  • Experience testing event-driven systems
  • Experience with E2E testing in complex environments
  • Experience in performance/load testing
  • Message brokers (preferably Apache Pulsar, alternatively RabbitMQ or Kafka)
  • Docker/Kubernetes

Desirable:

  • Experience with mobile automation, cloud device farms
  • Knowledge of other programming languages
  • Integration of GDPR principles in automated testing
