You will report directly to the Head of Data and work closely with the rest of the Engineering

We are a young and dynamic team that's waiting for you with arms open You are the right fit if you have: - Strong experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn, Plotly, statsmodels, etc. - Hands-on experience implementing supervised, unsupervised, and probabilistic models. - Experience translating models into real products or automated decision processes. - Experience production models, including building pipelines for training, testing, and deployment; working with APIs, containers (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); model monitoring and versioning; version control (Git), code modularity, testing, documentation. - Strong SQL skills; ability to design, query, and transform data efficiently. - Familiarity with ETL pipelines, workflow tools (Airflow, Prefect), and structured/unstructured data. - The ability to design algorithms for business processes or automation efficiently. - An understanding of cloud services for data storage, compute, and model deployment. - A deep understanding of credit and fraud risk to identify critical business patterns and drivers. - Are a self-starter who leads projects from ideation to delivery, defining problems and executing solutions with minimal guidance. - Are obsessed with driving measurable ROI and customer value; think like a business owner rather than just a technical contributor. - Have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. - Are comfortable with ambiguity; capable of breaking down complex issues and proposing creative, non-standard solutions.
