Key Responsibilities: - Be a part of social media listening strategy projects across Human Pharma products, including market monitoring for upcoming pharmaceutical product launches. - Translate client briefs into sharp research questions, design taxonomies, Boolean queries, and dashboards. - Lead end-to-end qualitative reporting, from raw conversation data to executive-ready insight narratives with actionable recommendations. - Triangulate listening data with multiple sources (SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, CRM, surveys, sales, etc.) to deliver integrated insights. - Analyze trends, sentiment nuance, and emerging themes relevant to pharma marketing and medical affairs. - Design and implement AI-powered workflows (LLMs) for qualitative analysis, including theme extraction and summarization, managing hallucination and validation risks. - Monitor multilingual conversations, with English as the primary reporting language. - Work closely with regulatory and

Required Qualifications - Solid proven experience in digital marketing or insights, with strong focus on social listening, market research, or consumer insights. - Hands-on expertise across multiple listening platforms (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, etc.) and proven platform-agnosticism. - Agency, consultancy, or market research background strongly preferred. - Advanced experience in Boolean query design and taxonomy building. - Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods (thematic analysis, sentiment analysis, netnography, segmentation, etc.). - Quantitative skills (share of voice, trends, correlation with KPIs); Python or R is a plus. - Practical use of AI / LLMs for analysis and reporting, with awareness of hallucination risks and validation methods. - Experience building prompt libraries and repeatable AI workflows. - Proven stakeholder management and executive presence, with exposure to C-level stakeholders. - Fluent English; additional languages (Chinese, German, Japanese, Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus. Pharma & Regulatory Requirements/Desired Specific Knowledge: - Knowledge of pharmacovigilance (AE/adverse event detection) and reporting obligations. - Understanding of HCP vs. patient dynamics and off-label discussions. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (EMA, FDA, EFPIA, ABPI). - Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare social media monitoring. Desired Skills - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Strong executive storytelling skills (PowerPoint or similar tools). - Experience in adjacent digital marketing areas (Paid Media, SEO, strategy). - Ability to work independently across global teams and multiple projects. - Active use of AI technologies with interest in innovation in social listening.
