What You'll Do -Backlog & Delivery OwnershipOwn, create, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impactDefine and communicate sprint objectives and ensure alignment with product goalsRefine backlog items with the team to ensure they are ready for sprint planningReview and approve increments from design through production releaseDefine clear acceptance criteria and validate delivery against expectations -Product Thinking & OutcomesTranslate product vision and goals into epics, features, and user storiesContribute to product discussions to ensure alignment with long-term directionBalance short-term delivery needs with sustainable product
