The HR Technology & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the administration, governance, optimization, and strategic delivery of HR technology platforms, analytics capabilities, and portfolio initiatives across the enterprise. This role oversees HRIS operations, intake governance, reporting, data integrity, access controls, and system enhancements while partnering closely with HR, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR technology solutions.
This position combines operational leadership with strategic portfolio governance and serves as a key partner in driving HR technology modernization, roadmap prioritization, process improvement, and data-driven decision making across the employee lifecycle., * Oversees the administration, maintenance, optimization, and governance of HRIS systems and related HR technologies.
- Leads HR technology intake, prioritization, and portfolio management processes to align initiatives with business strategy, operational capacity, and compliance requirements.
- Establishes and maintains governance frameworks, operating standards, and visibility dashboards for HR technology and analytics initiatives.
- Supervises team members responsible for HR systems administration, reporting, data management, and employee records processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
- Partners with HR, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to identify technology needs, evaluate solutions, and implement scalable process improvements.
- Leads configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment activities for system upgrades, new modules, enhancements, and integrations.
- Develops, maintains, and delivers standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, analytics, and data insights to support business and HR leadership decision-making.
- Ensures HR data integrity through regular audits, validations, governance controls, and process improvement initiatives.
- Designs and maintains role-based security models, user access governance processes, and approval workflows in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Coordinates cross-functional roadmap planning and prioritization discussions to sequence initiatives effectively and manage competing demands.
- Monitors system performance, identifies operational gaps, and recommends enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, and reporting capabilities.
- Provides technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and end-user training for HR systems and analytics tools.
- Develops and maintains system documentation, governance standards, procedures, training materials, and operating guidelines.
- Supports change management, communications, and adoption efforts related to HR technology initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
- Leads and develops team members, including coaching, performance management, and professional development activities.
- Collaborates with vendors and internal technology partners to support system reliability, integrations, issue resolution, and roadmap execution.
- Other duties may be assigned., * This position leads HR Technology & Analytics team members and may oversee Level I supervisors and/or technical analysts. The role also provides governance leadership and operational coordination across HR Technology, HR Analytics, HR Operations, IT, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS administration, HR analytics, portfolio governance, or related enterprise technology environment required.
- Prior leadership experience required, including supervising employees and/or Level I supervisors.
- Experience with HR technology implementations, upgrades, governance processes, and operational transformation initiatives required.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM/HRIS required.
- Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data governance preferred.
- Experience building intake, prioritization, governance, or operational frameworks strongly preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Master's degree and/or relevant HR technology, analytics, or project management certifications preferred.

- Strong understanding of portfolio management, governance, prioritization, and demand management principles.
- Knowledge of HR data governance, role-based security, access controls, and compliance considerations.

- Ability to align HR technology initiatives with strategic business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise workflow/reporting platforms.

Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $133,757 - $160,509 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus, subject to plan terms.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
