Job description
We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to be the bridge between our data infrastructure and business stakeholders. Someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering insights quickly, and spotting patterns that can be automated away.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for analytics needs: triaging requests, perform quick assessment & solving issues
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and business reports that drive daily decision-making
- Executing custom data extracts and performing exploratory analysis to answer business questions
- Monitoring data pipeline health and dashboard performance to proactively identify and fix issues
- Partnering with other teams to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Presenting findings and recommendations to a non-technical audiences, * Team fit interview with Priyakant,
- Take-home test followed by a technical interview with Pierre, Director of Analytics, and Lin, Analytics Engineer
- Final interview with Clément, Global COO, and Antoine, CCO
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Have 2 to 4 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Possess strong SQL skills and can write complex queries efficiently
- Are proficient with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Have experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excel at communication and collaboration, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Can manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
And if you bring any of the following, that's even better:
- Experience in AdTech
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
