Digital Operatioms Software Developer

You will work across the full stack, contributing to backend and frontend development, database management, and user interface design, while supporting the integration of systems and tools across the business. • Design, develop, and maintain bespoke full-stack applications to support a wide range of business functions. Take a hands-on role in data management, including data acquisition, storage solutions, and database administration.

• Proven experience in full stack development from requirements gathering and design to testing and roll out.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a coding environment
• Solid understanding of backend development using languages such as PHP, Python, and C#.
• Strong experience with SQL, including database design, development, optimisation, and ongoing management. Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like Bootstrap.

Desirable Skills

• Strong communication skills, the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience maintaining and developing applications using technologies such as .NET (C#) and VBA.
• Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to present insights effectively would be beneficial.
• Experience in user interface (UI) design, with proficiency in tools such as Figma and an understanding of how to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are easy to navigate.
