Job description
- Lead enterprise Agile programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
- Drive roadmap planning, PI Planning, governance, and delivery predictability.
- Manage cross-functional coordination across business, product, engineering, analytics, and architecture teams.
- Oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, Release Train activities, and executive status reporting.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Ensure successful delivery of application development, modernization, and support initiatives.
- Coordinate with client teams, internal resources, and third-party vendors to achieve program objectives.
Requirements
- Strong Agile Program Management and enterprise delivery leadership experience.
- Expertise with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Lean Agile practices.
- Experience serving in Release Train Engineering (RTE) and PI Planning leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise application development and data transformation programs.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale Agile programs and technology initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional programs in large enterprise environments.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, risks, and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated success driving Agile transformation and portfolio-level program governance.
- Telecommunications, media, or large enterprise industry experience preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or related certifications preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
