Job description
We are seeking a talented Senior iOS Engineer to design, build, and maintain the next generation of iOS applications. The primary focus will be developing high-end iOS applications for the latest Apple mobile devices. This role involves collaborating with design teams, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining core code, and updating applications., * Designing and building native mobile applications for Apple's iOS platform.
- Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
- Ensuring the quality and performance of the application meet specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
- Fixing application bugs before the final release.
- Publishing applications on the App Store.
- Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
- Designing and implementing application updates.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an app developer is required.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks and integrating vendor app SDKs.
- Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
- Knowledge of Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines.
- Primary Skill: iOS.
- Secondary Skills: Mobile Automation, Performance and Monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, and Swift UI.
- Hands-on development experience with Android applications.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools including Git and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of C-based libraries.
- Familiarity with biometrics, push notifications, and usage of Camera APIs.
- Experience with continuous integration and unit tests.
Work Environment
This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. It has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of three days per week onsite. This position is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future.
