Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 20+ years of deep operational experience within complex, integrated SaaS and healthcare environments.

• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Generative AI, Vector Search, and AI Agents (Oracle or Google Cloud preferred).
• Extensive technical skills in SQL, Python, and scripting to develop immediate solutions.
• Proven ability to operate as a self-starter, driving change and influencing team culture without formal authority.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand support tools.
