Job description
Nokia of America Corporation, Solution Engineer (Multiple Positions), Murray Hill, NJ. Perform deployment, upgrade, and test HSS and HLR in different customer and Nokia labs along with network element integration and databases. Troubleshoot during the 4G and 5G core product deployment, integration, acceptance testing for various calls with customer. Support the deployment of One-NDS in virtualized and cloud-native environments. Coordinate with cross-departments teams to perform regular updates and patches to the One-NDS maintaining system stability. Assist with Solution Design preparation: Low-level design work for customer like Verizon and TMO. Support in the deployment of various product, including CNCS and NTAS. Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork. Carry out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines. Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to changing business environments. #LI-DNI
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: Kubernetes and docker based deployments; OpenStack design; Python, C, C++, Java, or Typescript; and Linux, RedHat, or Prometheus.
Domestic travel required up to 10%.
Telecommuting may be permitted up to 100% anywhere in the US.

SALARY RANGE: $102,103 - $134,136 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
