Job description
- Create innovative solutions across desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
- Lead net-new experiences and iterative improvements to existing workflows.
- Plan and define strategy for future product iterations and design roadmaps.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on interactive design solutions.
- Advocate for design decisions using business goals, user goals, data, and research findings.
- Develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design intent.
- Deliver user-friendly, visually coherent, and outcome-focused experiences.
- Partner with engineers and product managers through the full production lifecycle.
- Assess and optimize features using user research and performance metrics.
- Maintain detailed UI specifications and contribute to shared UX standards and assets.
- Present design work to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Establish and evolve UX guidelines and assets to accelerate UI development.
- Contribute to user-centered design and research methodologies across the group.
- Support and influence discussions around the design system and component reuse.
- Design dense, high-signal financial interfaces that prioritize data over decoration.
Requirements

- Financial UX or asset management application design experience.
- Experience delivering product value on agile teams.
- Ability to lead definition of design work and deliver outcomes across multiple product teams.
- Strength in service design, strategic design, information architecture, prototyping, user research, and visual design.
- Effective communication, presentation, and storytelling with technical and business partners.
- Ability to distill qualitative and quantitative feedback into data-informed design decisions.
- Familiarity with design systems, including scale, reuse, and contribution practices.
- Portfolio available for review.
- Figma proficiency.
- Nice to have: familiarity with CSS, HTML, Angular, and TypeScript.
Education Requirements: A degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
