Job description

Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Software Development, or Computer Engineering AND ten (10) years of enterprise analytics software development experience, * Seven (7) years of programming experience with data lakes, fabrics, and/or large data sets
  • Cloud development experience (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Experience healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts, * Three (3) years as a senior technical leader of BI/Analytics programs supporting external customers at a global scale with hundreds of customer enterprises and users
  • Hands-on experience in designing full Analytics products and programs including source to target mapping, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and visualization
  • Experience leading technical design and implementation across multiple teams
  • Cloud Development experience with strong but not limited to background within the AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, EMR, Glue, Athena, Quicksight)
  • Experience in Python, Spark, and EMR
  • Experience in Lakehouse and Fabric architecture
  • Experience in Open-Source tools such as Apache Arrow, Parquet, Nifi, Airflow, Superset
  • Demonstrated advancement of analytics to Agentic first pipelines such as Langchain
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced analytics environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Benefits & conditions

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $142,800 - $196,350, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
