The role is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency, accelerate digital t ransformation, modernize OT environments, and unlock new value through digital twin, spatial intelligence, and Physical AI-enabled solutions.

We are seeking a Manager with a strong product implementation mindset and experience helping clients apply digital twin and spatial technologies to real-world operational environments. The ideal candidate has worked across OT-heavy environments such as data centers, sports venues, and consumer/retai l operations, and can translate business and operational needs into scalable architecture, platform, and transformation solutions. Strong client experience aligned to NVIDIA and/or Google Cloud Platform stacks, with emphasis on either OT transformation design and deep technical solution architecture is ideal.

Work You'll Do

As an Architect at Deloitte, you are expected to bring deep expertise in Physical and Spatial AI, help define business or technology architecture, plan delivery for large-scale projects, oversee solution design and i mplementation, manage team progress, and ensure quality of work products. The role also includes mentoring, sales support, and contribution to market eminence.

  • Advise clients on leading practices in digital twin, spatial AI, OT modernization, edge-to-cloud integration, and physical environment transformation
  • Translate business and operational priorities into transformation roadmaps and technical strategies
  • Guide clients on platform choices and ecosystem decisions aligned to NVIDIA and/or GCP-based architectures including the role of edge, data, AI, and simulation platforms in enterprise transformation
  • Architect client solutions focused on digital twins, spatial intelligence, simulation, and OT transformation
  • Help clients define future-state capability stacks aligned to NVIDIA and/or GCP ecosystems, including edge compute, AI model services, simulation platforms, vision services, data platforms, and enterprise integration layers
  • Define technical architectures for environments requiring coordination across sensing, telemetry, OT systems, edge i nfrastructure, AI/ML services, spatial context, and enterprise applications
  • Implement integration of physical/spati al AI capabilities into operational workflows, including OT systems, IoT platforms, facilities systems, robotics-relat ed ecosystems, and enterprise platforms
  • Develop differentiated points of view, offerings, demos, and proposal content that position Deloitte as a preferred transformation partner
  • Help shape Deloitte's market-facing capabilities focused on digital twins, OT t ransformation, and spatial/physic al AI use cases across priority sectors

In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, engineering, operational technology, and industry t ransformation, helping clients bring together sensing, simulation, decisioning, and enterprise execution in real-world physical environments., The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and c ertifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 151,800 to $ 253,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. Lead Cloud Integrated Infra Engineer- AI In frastructure(S 2S) As a Lead Cloud Integrated Infra Engineer on the Silicon2Servic e team in Deloitte's AI & Engineering practice, you will design and drive deployment of fully integrated architectures for GPU-accelerate d AI factories and high-performan ce computing infrastructure in close partnership with Deloitte AI specialists and our ecosystem partners. You will shape end-to-end solutions-from discovery and reference architecture mapping through sizing and i mplementation. You will partner with Sales Executives, AI application specialists, delivery engineering, and managed services to help clients achieve measurable outcomes from private AI assets. You will lead technical solution strategy for pursuits and active opportunities and translate complex client needs into clear, complete solutions and delivery requirements.

Work you'll do As a Lead Cloud Integrated Infra Engineer on the Silicon2Servic e team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading architecture for pursuits and active opportunities, including discovery, requirements, constraints, and target-state design

  • Creatively defining reference architectures for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid GPU platforms across compute, network, storage, security, software and operations

  • Driving architecture trade-offs and decisions across performance, scalability, reliability, locality, total cost of ownership, time-to-value, and risk

  • Owning the technical solution strategy in proposals and RFPs, including architecture narrative, assumptions, dependencies, sizing guidance, and delivery approach

  • Facilitating client workshops and technical reviews and translating engineering detail into executive-read y communications

  • Architecting complex, innovative technology solutions with a focus on business outcomes, cost of quality, and long-term scalability and s ustainability.

  • Engaging with C-Suite client leadership during sales and delivery, including leading technical pre-sales discussions, shaping proposals, and supporting the closing of new business opportunities

  • Supporting go-to-market strategies, including participation in industry events, conferences, and client briefings

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technology sales?, Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, industry, or a combination of both

  • Experience working with clients on digital twin, spatial technologies, OT t ransformation, industrial/edg e AI, or related operational technology initiatives

  • Experience aligned to NVIDIA and/or Google Cloud Platform ecosystems, including relevant AI, simulation, edge, vision, geospatial, or platform services

  • Experience aligned to NVIDIA and/or Google Cloud Platform ecosystems for Physical & Spatial AI including but not limited to

  • NVIDIA platforms: Omniverse, Cosmos, Isaac, Metropolis, Jetson/ Orin, NeMo, Groot in real world or simulated environments

  • GCP technologies: GDCE, Anthos, Vertex AI, TensorFlow, Immersive Stream, Earth Engine, Gemini/ Agent builder

  • Strong product and platform strategy experience defining architecture, integration patterns, and implementation approaches for environments involving OT systems, telemetry, AI services, and enterprise platforms

  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sec tors you serve

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

  • Consulting experience strongly preferred, particularly in client-facing strategy, architecture, or transformation delivery roles
  • Experience in data center, sports venue, consumer, or retail environments
  • Experience developing client-ready materials for workshops, solution framing sessions, and stakeholder presentations
  • Experience contributing to proposal development, pursuit teams, or opportunity shaping activities
  • Familiarity with operational use cases such as asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, facility performance, workforce enablement, computer vision, loss prevention, safety/complia nce monitoring, or spatial operations
  • Experience with enterprise integration, IT/OT convergence, and real-time operational decision support
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Industrial Systems, or a related discipline
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating with both business and technical audiences
  • Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplin ary teams in complex solution delivery engagements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation, architecture storytelling, and executive-leve l communication, Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or engineering for large-scale platforms including design, i mplementation, operations, and optimization.
  • 4+ years designing or delivering GPU-accelerate d platforms for AI, ML, or high-performan ce computing
  • 3+ years Linux system administration in production environments
  • 3+ years designing or operating distributed compute clusters for AI/HPC in hybrid cloud setups, including multi-GPU topologies, partitioning, scheduler integration, and scalability for edge-to-cloud workloads.
  • 2+ years with high-performan ce networking or storage for AI/HPC
  • 2+ years building containerized platforms using Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift, including GPU operators/driv ers, CUDA container runtime, and cluster lifecycle automation
  • 2+ years automating infrastructure as code(IaC) with tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • At least 2 end-to-end deployments of reference architectures in the cloud or on-prem, including variants with security controls, network segmentation, operational runbooks, and validation testing
  • Experience in pre-sales or sales engineering, including discovery, solution d emonstrations, and proposal/RFP contributions
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sec tors you serve.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years implementing AI/HPC cluster scheduling (Slurm and Kubernetes), including multi-tenant queues, quotas, and GPU-aware policies
  • 2+ years supporting generative AI infrastructure patterns, including multi-node distributed training
  • Experience with AI agents and frameworks
  • Experience with high-throughpu t storage for AI/HPC
  • Experience executing NVIDIA co-sell motions with OEMS (Dell, HPC, Lenovo), CSPs ( AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), or independent software vendors ( Run:ai, OpenShift, Weights & Biases)
