Job description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Data Management Analyst to join the Cheif Data Office (CDO) Data Strategy & Execution team. This team drives the enterprise data strategy, providing alignment across all CDO groups to achieve enterprise objectives. This role is responsible for driving execution and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver on outcomes, promote sustainable growth, and create stakeholder value.

This role will enable execution of critical priorities across teams and enterprise data capabilities. This includes defining and establishing the long-term strategic direction for the CDO, ensuring full alignment with key strategies and policies (Enterprise Data Strategy, Technology Strategy, Data Management Policy and Procedures, etc.), and developing short- and long-term success metrics that span all CDO functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Navigate and manage multiple high-impact, time-sensitive priorities with a strategic lens-simplifying complex issues and driving clear connectivity across CDO initiatives to enable informed decision-making and enterprise-wide alignment.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership and theirteamstodrive strategic initiativesandexecute tactical solutions across multiple lines of business.

  • Drivethe strategy and resolution ofhighly complexand unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation and cross channel collaboration.

  • Deliversolutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

  • Provide executive support for special initiatives, engagement related activities, and ad-hoc operational requests., Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Able to rapidly pivot andexecuteemerging high-priority initiatives.

  • Experience in successfully managing complex strategic programs/projects through project lifecycle from conception through roll-out and ongoing support in a large organization.

  • Understanding ofdata management and governance, data strategy, or data technologywithin the financial services sector.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlookand PowerPoint) skills., + Ability to work on-site in one of the listed locations in a hybrid model. There is no option for fully remote work.
