Job description

  • Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including system and operational views, using modeling tools such as Cameo to support total system requirements, present and future cross-functional needs, and modernization efforts for NC3 systems.

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI clearance (mandatory) .
  • Education: BA or BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or educational equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years in the following:
  • Technical Architecture Framework for Information Management (TAFIM) compliance.
  • Digital Mission Engineering Environment.
  • Systems modeling language (SysML).
  • Developing architecture artifacts per industry standards.
  • Aligning Enterprise Architecture with Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MBSE, and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira).
  • Communication: Strong written/verbal skills for technical documentation and presentations.
  • Work Style: Ability to manage multiple tasks in an agile, dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
  • The Open Group Framework (TOGAF) certification.
  • DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) certification.
  • Experience with systems engineering and enterprise architecture for high assurance communications systems.
  • Background in NC3 architecture/performance analysis and engineering design.
  • Knowledge of National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) or Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications Systems (SLC3S).

Experience collaborating with NC3 stakeholders including the US Air Force, Navy, and Space Force, NC3 Enterprise Center, USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, Joint Staff, and OSD.
