We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Avaya Technician - Tier 2 to join our technical support team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex telecommunication and network issues related to Avaya systems and associated hardware. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication infrastructure operations, supporting both enterprise-level telephony and data networks. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will be key drivers in maintaining optimal system performance and customer satisfaction., * Diagnose and resolve advanced issues with Avaya telephony systems, VoIP solutions, and related hardware components.
- Perform field service tasks including on-site repairs, equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunication systems.
- Conduct fiber splicing, cabling (Cat5, Cat6), and network installation to support robust LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WAN?, * Extensive experience with Avaya telephony systems and VoIP technology.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including Ethernet wiring, LAN/WAN setup, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in fiber splicing techniques along with experience working with low voltage electrical systems.
