We seek feedback, take on more, and continuously look for ways to grow, learn, and add value., The Broadcom VCF 9 Architect is responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions to support customer and business outcomes. This role focuses on hands-on architecture, including translating requirements into scalable designs and supporting delivery teams through implementation., This position works closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to best practices across compute, network, and storage. The architect regularly uses VMware platforms, including VCF, vSphere, NSX, and vSAN, and is expected to operate independently, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced consulting environment. The VCF 9 Architect is expected to communicate clearly, manage work independently, and contribute to high-quality outcomes., * Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9 core components: vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable VCF 9 architectures.

Develop high-level design documentation and provide architectural oversight throughout delivery.

Provide expert-level guidance on performance optimization, scalability, lifecycle management, and operational best practices.

Operate under the client's brand and processes, delivering seamless, white-labeled consulting services.

Maintain strong communication and relationships with client teams.
Requirements

Active or recent VMware certification in one or more of the following: VCP-VCF, VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or related track (VCF 9 experience required).

Proven experience architecting and delivering VCF environments at enterprise scale.

Deep understanding of compute, storage, networking, and software-defined data center (SDDC) architecture principles.

Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Ability to work independently and lead complex technical initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced VMware certifications (e.g., VCAP Design/Deploy, VCP VCF Architect).

Experience with: VCF Automation & Operations, Advanced Network Services (vDefend), AVI Load
-
Balancing, Private AI Foundation, Live Recovery, Network Observability, Tanzu Technologies.
-
Agile methodology experience or certification.

Additional industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
Required Skills

Technical Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and adjust designs during implementation
