Job description

Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of Power BI developers and Data Engineers

  • Assess current team workflows and Agile maturity
  • Implement Scrum framework, including ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, reviews)
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage backlog, prioritization, and delivery timelines
  • Identify and remove roadblocks impacting team performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and team efficiency

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile lead

  • Experience supporting data or analytics teams (Data Engineers, BI, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile delivery
  • Experience standing up or transforming teams into Agile environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience working with Power BI or data platforms
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
