Full Stack Engineer

We are working with a well-funded, series A startup in SF that is building a new category of collaborative intelligence software pushing the boundaries of Ai powered workflows. Backed by top-tier VCs, they are creating AI-enabled workflows designed to finally bridge the gap between Go-To-Market and Product/Engineering teams., They are bringing on another Full Stack Engineer to join their founding team to fundamentally shape their long-term technical stack and data model. This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be diving into AI engineering and taking total ownership of 0-to-1 builds. Your day-to-day will span the entire stack from pushing the boundaries of their distributed AI backend to architecting the data model and shipping fluid, intuitive features in the UI.

• 1-4 years postgrad of professional full-stack experience, navigating both backend architecture and UI layers.
• Previous experience at a fast growing tech tech startup
• A track record of leading 0-to-1 projects. You should know what it takes to build a completely new product or feature from a blank slate.
• Previous founders are a plus
• Extreme curiosity and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• The team heavily prefers Svelte and SvelteKit, so experience there is a massive plus but not needed.

• Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 base. Because this is a founding-level role, they are offering highly competitive, above-market equity.
