Job description

We are looking for a contract IT Project Manager to help us manage a portfolio of high-priority, executive-facing initiatives that are reshaping how this business operates. This is not a back-office PM role - this person will be building presentations for and presenting directly to senior leadership, facilitating cross-functional conversations, and keeping complex, parallel workstreams moving with clarity and accountability.

The right candidate brings strong executive presence, knows how to operate in an IT-adjacent environment without getting lost in the weeds, and can translate technical progress into business-ready communication.

What you'll be doing: Managing a range of critical business initiatives with significant IT touchpoints, including ERP and CRM.

Owning executive-level reporting and presentation development - this means building the deck, not just filling in a template.

Leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating working sessions, including structured workshops around AI tools and use cases.

Supporting the rollout and adoption of Copilot across the enterprise. Serving as a steady, organized presence across multiple simultaneous workstreams at different stages of delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience managing enterprise IT projects with executive visibility.

Demonstrated ability to build polished, board-ready presentations and present them with confidence.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise AI deployments. Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Business Central implementations.

Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and AI-focused workshops or hackathons is a strong differentiator.

Someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and culturally sharp - this team moves fast and works hard.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $80 - $110 per hour
