Job description

Are you a developer who enjoys building with the latest AI models/technologies and helping other engineers discover new tools? Do you thrive at the intersection of software engineering, community, and product?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, profitable AI infrastructure startup whose technology powers production AI systems at companies including Adobe, Nvidia, Netflix, and NASA.

Backed by top-tier investors, the team has built the world's most widely used LLM Gateway, a unified platform that gives developers secure, scalable access to every major LLM provider, MCP server, vector database, and AI service. They're now looking for a Developer Evangelist to help grow the developer community around the platform and become a trusted technical voice for the company.

If you're looking for a role where you can combine hands-on AI development with technical storytelling, customer engagement, and community building, while benefiting from strong equity in an already profitable company before they raise their Series A, this is an outstanding opportunity.

The Role

  • Engage with developers, customers, and the open-source community
  • Create technical content, demos, and example applications
  • Support enterprise and community users with onboarding and technical guidance
  • Represent the company at hackathons, conferences, and developer events
  • Gather customer feedback and help shape product direction

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering background with the ability to build prototypes and demos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in software engineering, developer relations, solutions engineering, or technical product roles
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited by startup environments
  • Passionate about helping developers learn, build, and succeed
