Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3+ years of IT support, help desk, or field support experience.
- Experience supporting hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or similar certifications a plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- A/V support experience a plus., * Flexibility to support distribution center hours, including peak seasons, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including occasional use of scissor lifts and working at heights.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and troubleshoot physical hardware.
- Reliable transportation required.
