Job description
- Work with technical product owner and subject matter expert to convert current technical requirements from Visier to Power BI solution
- Translate existing functional and technical requirements into fully developed Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Build report solutions that align to defined business logic, data definitions, and user experience expectations.
- Develop, test, and validate Power BI reports to ensure accuracy, performance, and usability.
- Work with source data from multiple systems and transform data as needed to support reporting requirements.
- Ensure reports are intuitive, visually effective, and suitable for business and leadership audiences.
- Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and finalize report designs.
- Troubleshoot report defects, performance issues, and data discrepancies during development and testing.
- Document report logic, assumptions, calculations, and technical design as needed.
- Required experience with Power BI report and dashboard development in enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR and enterprise reporting initiatives
- Knowledge of the Visier platform is nice to have but not required.
- Familiarity with report security, workspace management, and scheduled refresh in the Power BI Service.
- Experience working in a matrixed corporate environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
