Job description

This Web Lead will serve as the technical lead for all web product initiatives, helping drive technical direction, scoping, and architecture across customer and supplier portals. This is not a people manager, but a true player-coach / lead engineer who is deeply hands-on while guiding a growing web team.

Leads 5-6 Web Developers Oversees 2 primary web projects Works closely with: Scrum Masters Business Systems Analysts Service Developers QA Teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Act as a hands-on senior developer while serving as the web technical lead Scope and design technical solutions Drive architectural and technical decision-making Build and maintain customer & supplier web portals Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality web products Coach and support developers through best practices and technical guidance

Requirements

React Node.js JavaScript (no TypeScript) Strong experience working with APIs Git experience Jira & Confluence

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Dual-cloud environments UI collaboration tools (Sketch, Zeplin, or similar) Retail industry background (bonus, not required)
