Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on customer service operations and case management, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service. This role will drive improvements in how customer issues are tracked, managed, and resolved, including integration with field service workflows.

Requirements

5+ years' experience as a project manager

  • Experience managing Salesforce Projects

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/ Field Service

  • Experience working with customer service/case management

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
