Job description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (Security Remediation & AD Consolidation)
- Ensure delivery of agreed scope on time and within budget
- Drive value-oriented outcomes across the full project lifecycle (analysis to post-deployment)
- Create and maintain detailed project plans (activities, milestones, dependencies)
- Own project financials (budgeting, forecasting) and resource planning
- Coordinate internal and external resources and oversee daily project execution
- Apply our client's project methodology consistently
- Governance & Communication
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage stakeholder expectations through structured and transparent communication
- Establish and run governance structures and meeting cadences
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party providers
- Ensure alignment with PMO and governance frameworks (e.g. Sensee IQ)
- Project Management Community
- Contribute to project management best practices and continuous improvement
- Share lessons learned and support development of standard frameworks and guidelines
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate project team members
- Drive performance and ensure effective collaboration across teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as IT Project Manager in complex environments
- Strong track record in IT Security and/or Active Directory projects
- Expertise in project governance, budgeting, and resource management
- Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English (mandatory); German is a plus
