Proven hands-on experience applying Artificial Intelligence to operational and automation processes. Experience designing, developing, and integrating AI agents into IT workflows and operational platforms. Experience with AIOps, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, or autonomous operations. Ability to identify operational challenges and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Experience integrating AI-enabled services, APIs, and automation frameworks into end-to-end operational processes. Understanding of DevOps, GitOps, Infrastructure Automation, and API-First architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Advanced English level (C1), both written and spoken. Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
