Join us to help build resilient networks that empower our business operations and support innovative solutions across diverse platforms., * Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-wide LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and data center network architectures to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Configure and manage network security devices including Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine), IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), and SSL encryption protocols.
- Implement and maintain network protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, IPsec, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, and QoS to facilitate seamless data flow across multiple environments.
- Administer network support tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Splunk, and SolarWinds for real-time monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and troubleshooting of network issues.
- Manage virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and vCenter; oversee cloud security measures on AWS and Azure; ensure high availability through load balancing solutions.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and system audits to uphold security standards; implement necessary patches and updates using automation tools like Ansible.
- Support network installation projects involving telecommunication systems, fiber optics, Ethernet cabling, and remote access software to expand or upgrade infrastructure.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience in designing and supporting complex IT infrastructure with a focus on computer networking principles.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP; familiarity with network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, LDAP; expertise in firewall management using Cisco ASA or Juniper devices.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki solutions for cloud-managed networking; familiarity with SAN (Storage Area Network) configurations like NFS or iSCSI; knowledge of high availability architectures.
- Proficiency with operating systems including Windows Server, Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian), UNIX variants (Solaris/BSD), and macOS environments.
- Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell scripting), PowerShell or Python for automation tasks; experience with DevOps practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with network management tools like SolarWinds or PRTG; understanding of ITIL frameworks for service management; experience supporting remote access via SSH or VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to perform vulnerability assessments and implement security best practices in cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are highly desirable; experience working within Agile or SDLC methodologies is preferred.
