Principal Consultant - Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)

Title: Principal Consultant - Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)Location: 100% Remote - UK working hoursDuration: ContractPay rate: $90/hr - $106/hr. on W2 Requirements:Expert-level experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including AAP 1.x, 2.4, and 2.6.Strong expertise in Automation Mesh architecture, execution node clustering, and enterprise-scale automation platforms.Hands-on experience with OpenShift administration and Operator-based deployments.Deep knowledge of Event-Driven Ansible (EDA) and Private Automation Hub (PAH).Advanced Ansible playbook development, modernization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.Strong experience with Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, including RHEL 8 to RHEL 9 upgrades.Expertise in PostgreSQL migrations, database administration, and application upgrade strategies.Experience integrating automation platforms with Git, CI/CD pipelines, CMDBs, and enterprise infrastructure.Strong understanding of security governance

RBAC, compliance frameworks, and auditing controls.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and consulting skills.Ability to work UK business hours and be located within the UK or nearby time zones.
